Terms and Conditions of Booking
To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required, payable by debit/credit card. Alternatively a cheque or postal order can be sent made payable to Felingog, 35 main street, Solva, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA62 6UT. The balance of your stay is payable on the day of arrival by either cash, cheque or debit/credit card. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 5 days of your arrival, no charge will be made (however the deposit will not be refunded). If a reservation is cancelled under 5 days notice then a charge for the first nights stay will be made (less any deposit already paid). Any guests that "do not show" will be charged in full for the total number of nights booked. This is a strictly no smoking B&B, if you are found smoking, you will be asked to leave. A de-fumigation charge equivalent to one night stay will be charged to your debit/credit card if the room has been smoked in. Any damage/breakages to the B&B will be charged to your debit/credit card. We do not specify a check in time, but do ask for an estimated time of arrival. Check out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Payments can be made with all cards bar American Express.
